WHY TAKE THIS COURSE
If you received your Salesperson license from the New York Department of State prior to July 1, 2008, you only took a 45 hour licensing course. As of July 1, 2008, Salesperson licensing coureses have increased to 75 hours. If you want to apply for a Broker's license you need to take those additional 30 hours of the Salesperson's course as well as the 45 hours Broker's course. This course is comprised of sesssions 13 through 20 of the Salesperson's licensing course to give you the additional 30 hours.
